Andrea has been part of Hoopes Architects since 2011 and an associate in the firm since 2016.

She was born in Miami, Florida, and she grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Andrea loves to create and dream. When she is designing time does not pass. She is a very passionate person coming from Italian-Argentinian roots. Her education includes dancing and painting. Ballet and modern dance were her life growing up. She studied painting for many years before going to architectural school. She graduated with a seven-year degree in "Architecture and Urbanism" at the University of Buenos Aires along with a degree in Interior Design at the University of Palermo, Argentina. Her graduation thesis was in "The Meaning of Language in Architecture".

She worked in Buenos Aires for a few years before coming to the USA. Although she never planned to stay in the USA, she appreciates all the amazing opportunities that began to appear in her life in this country.

Before coming to Santa Fe, she worked in New York City for nine years as project manager at Rafael Vinoly Architects, a renowned international architect, working on institutional and commercial projects.

In addition to her passion for design, she loves running, biking and hiking around Santa Fe, as well as attending opera and ballet performances.

She has been an associate member of AIA since 2017.
